Tan Cho Chia is currently the Executive Director of Sanbumi Holdings Berhad. He obtained his Bachelor Of Engineering (Honours) from University Of Manchester, United Kingdom in 2013 and completed his Master of Science in Civil Engineering with distinction from University College London, United Kingdom in 2014. He began his career as a ProjectManager in IDSB in 2014. He was responsible for managing the construction activities of the various construction projects undertaken by IDBS, where he was involved from design, construction and handover stages of several construction projects which include Icon City, Juru, IconicHotel and Iconic Skies.

He has vast experience in the construction and development of various commercial, hotel and residential development projects mainly in Pulau Pinang. In 2018, he was promoted to Project Director of IDSB. Currently, he is responsible in leading the development team to develop new property development projects in Pulau Pinang. He is also actively involved in the management of Iconic Hotel, a 4-Star hotel in Icon City, Pulau Pinang.
